Before you can automate anything, you’ve got to lay the foundation—and that starts with your business profile inside OTMS. In this video, you’ll learn how to set up your business info the right way so your emails, calendar bookings, invoices, and more all reflect your brand. We’ll walk you through each section, explain why it matters, and help you avoid common mistakes.
Go to Settings (bottom left gear icon)
Click Business Profile
Upload your correctly sized logo
Enter your Friendly Name (what clients see) and Legal Name (your official biz name)
Add your business email, phone, website, and niche
Fill out your business type, industry, and registration info (like EIN)
Set your business address and timezone (important!)
Add your Authorized Representative (usually you)
Review any optional general settings
Click Update or Save at the top
Think of this as your business “basecamp.” Every tool inside OTMS—from calendar links to client emails—pulls from this info. Take 3 minutes now to set it right and avoid confusion later (especially with timezones and branding).
