Trust Center Setup

To send texts through OTMS, your number must be registered for A2P 10DLC—a nationwide requirement to prevent spam and protect consumers. This step happens inside the Trust Center, where you’ll submit basic business info to carriers.

In this training, we’ll walk you through the Trust Center setup, why it matters for reliable SMS delivery, and how it connects to your bigger communication flow. Once complete, you’ll be able to text clients without delays or delivery issues—so your messages land where they’re supposed to.

    1. Select “Yes” if you have an EIN (LLC, Corp, etc.).

    2. Select “No” if you're a sole proprietor using your SSN.

  5. Fill out your legal business info, address, and contact details. Accuracy matters—triple-check before submitting.

  6. Enter brand details and use case description.

    1. Explain what types of texts you’ll send (e.g., appointment reminders, updates).

    2. Add 2 real examples of messages you plan to send.

  7. Provide opt-in method for user consent.

    1. Include how leads agree to receive texts (e.g., checkbox on forms or message in funnel).

  8. Verify your identity if prompted.

    1. Sole proprietors: upload ID and selfie.

    2. LLCs: usually just need EIN.

  9. Submit your application.

  10. Your status will change to “In Progress” or “Rejected.”

  11. Fix any errors and resubmit if needed.

  12. Once approved, set up your campaign.

  13. You’ll need both your brand and campaign marked as "Approved" to start texting.

Pro Tip

This step unlocks reliable SMS—without it, your texts may be blocked or undelivered. Take your time, and make sure your info matches exactly how your business is legally registered.
