Navigate to Settings > Phone Numbers
Click Add Number > Add Phone Number
Filter to country and area code
Select desired number
Click Proceed to Buy
Setup A2P Registration (Trust Center)
This number powers every automated text, manual message, and reminder inside OTMS. Adding it now saves you from using your personal phone later—and keeps all client comms in one place.
