Go to the Conversations tab in your OTMS sidebar
Click into a client thread
Type your reply and select the message type (SMS, Email, or Social)
Use a saved reply if helpful
Click Send
Your response speed shapes your client experience. Even a short, kind reply builds trust and positions you as the expert. If you find yourself saying the same thing often, save it as a template so you’re not reinventing the wheel every time.
